Nursing as a profession and discipline utilizes knowledge drives from arts , sciences, humanities and human experience. Nurse collaborates with health disciplines to solve individual and community health problems. Nursing facilitates evidence based practice , compassionate caring among its practitioners in response to emerging issues in healthcare and new discoveries and 2 technologies in profession. Nursing practice require personal commitment to professional development and lifelong learning and we at Omkar educate the students so well that they become perfectionist in what they do.
