 Amarlata Shaikshnik Evam Jan Sewa Samiti, Guna Registered under Registrar Firms & Society Act Gwalior (M.P), laid its foundation on 05 July 2004, with no profit motive. The trust accepts its motto "To Serve Humanity with Dignity" with entire zeal, devotion and mission. Looking prospective with this aim, the society has successfully completed nine years of its operation in the field of education and social service programmes. With its foundation laid by Late Shri Shiv Narayan Gurjar, the society has made a phenomenal progress in diversified and innovative field of educational activities The Society has taken pioneer step in providing professional education in the field of Nursing. Paramedical, Computer, Technical and in General Education sector.

The Management of the society with its Member- President Mr. Pradeep Sen, Secretary- Mr. Nilesh Gurjar, Treasurer- Mr. K.M. Mangal, Vice President - Mr. Neeraj Gurjar & other Members Mr. Anand Mangal, Ms. Preeti Mangal and Smt. Kusum Bai is enthusiastically involved in grooming the Omkar Group of Colleges into a unique class institution. The Omkar Group of colleges has shown development in leaps and bounds in terms of number of branches, intake, increase, total inputs viz. building, staff strength. infrastructural facilities and over all good result.
